No gaining without training

Capacity building is one of the key tasks of SOLAIR.
The training activities are especially targeted to the supply side such as plant designers, engineers, technicians and installers.
Training courses have been prepared and will be evaluated through pilot courses, according to the specific conditions of the partner countries.

The structure of the material is subdivided into the following chapters: Introduction, Basics, Predesign, Design, Economics & Environment, Realised systems and success stories.

The training material is available in English and can be downloaded for free.
You are asked to register here to this website to download the complete set of training materials. After successful registration you can download and save the files on your computer.

Registration procedure

You will be requested to enter your e-mail address (which will be your username), a password and a few data on your profession and organisational affiliation (local authority, private company, research institute, energy agency, etc.). Once you have entered these data you will have automatically access to the materials.

The data you'll provide will be treated as strictly confidential and will be evaluated in anonymous form for internal statistical purposes.
You have the possibility to edit and remove your profile at any time once you have logged in.
